Love Mediterranean food? This refreshing homemade tzatziki is super simple to prepare and incredibly flavorful. Tzatziki is a Greek yogurt-based sauce with cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice, salt and fresh herbs such as dill and mint. It’s usually served as a sauce over grilled meat, fish, falafel, or dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) or a dip with veggies and warm pita bread. It’s also delicious with a Greek salad or as a sandwich spread. Try drizzling over roasted or grilled veggies too. There are so many ways to enjoy this creamy goodness!
